You may want to start your personal finances in Excel with small technical steps one budget at a time or just simply focus on preparing your budget. Here is a free budget worksheet as a tool for you.

What does the file include?:

• It allows you to enter a monthly budget for each (sub-) category per calendar year.
• The data is formatted as an Excel table, i.e. columns can be filtered and totaled.
• Two macros:
  • Macro to add rows to the table.
  • Macro to print the worksheet on one page in a functional format (portrait, time stamp, page numbers).
